4.1. We strive to display our products accurately on our website and in brochures, but slight variations may occur, such as color differences due to screen or printer settings.
4.2. Product dimensions are approximate, especially for handcrafted items like sofas, which may vary by around 5%. Please account for this when measuring or purchasing.
4.3. We reserve the right to adjust product size, design, or details at any time.
5. Delivery:
5.1. We provide international delivery to the address specified at checkout.
5.2. We aim to deliver by the estimated date or within a reasonable timeframe unless circumstances beyond our control prevent this.
5.3. Ensure products fit your space, including doorways and corridors. Return fees (up to 25% of the item’s value) and delivery charges may apply if products don’t fit or are returned.
5.4. Before delivery, take care to protect walls, floors, and communal areas and clear all delivery routes of furniture, accessories, paintings, mirrors, and other obstacles. Protective coverings should be placed on floors, walls, carpets, and doors. Any damage resulting from failure to meet these conditions is the customer’s responsibility. If damage occurs despite following the above conditions, inform the couriers immediately and complete an ‘Incident Report’ with the couriers on site. Failure to do so will invalidate your claim against the courier.
5.5. An adult must inspect and sign for delivery. Defects must be reported immediately to us: info@harutti.com.
Compensation follows our Refund Policy.
5.6. Cancel or reschedule delivery at least 24 hours in advance to avoid re-scheduling fees (6% of order value).
5.7. Unpacking, installation, and packaging removal are not included unless specified on your invoice.
The entire process of customization and delivery of your order to the specified address may take approximately 14 to 24 weeks.
6. Prices and Payment Terms:
The price of any Products will be as stated on the website and will include VAT but exclude delivery costs and any other taxes related to the import of Product/s into the destination country. These charges will be detailed in the “Order confirmation and invoice mail” sent to you directly by the associated store and added to the total amount due.
Payment can be made by Vipps/Paypal or Credit/Debit card.
7. Warranty Terms:
At Harutti.com, we offer a 10-year structural warranty on all our sofas.
7.1. What is Covered by the Warranty?
Wooden Frame and Structure: Covered for 10 years from the date of delivery.
Padding, Foam, Springs, Stitching, and Mechanisms (including electrical components): Covered for 1 year from the delivery date.
Outer Fabric or Leather: Covered for 1 year from the date of delivery.
7.2. Reasons for Shorter Coverage on Some Components
The warranty coverage is shorter for padding, mechanisms, and upholstery due to various factors:
a) Sunlight Exposure: This can lead to fading and material degradation.
b) Daily Wear and Tear: Friction, stretching, and body oils can reduce material strength.
c) Improper Care: Incorrect cleaning methods or insufficient maintenance may cause damage.
d) Environmental Conditions: Fluctuations in humidity and temperature can weaken materials.
e) Pet and Child Damage: Scratches, stains, or accidents caused by pets or children are not covered under the warranty.
Maintenance Recommendations
To ensure the longevity and appearance of your furniture, consider the following maintenance tips:
Learn Proper Cleaning Methods: Use appropriate cleaning products and techniques for different materials.
Protect from Sunlight: Position furniture away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
Regular Maintenance: Dust and vacuum regularly to remove dirt and debris.
Control Environment: Maintain stable humidity and temperature levels to protect materials.
Use Protective Covers: Consider using covers or throws to protect from daily wear and pet damage.
7.3. What is Not Covered by the Warranty?
General wear and tear, scratches, stains, or damage caused by improper use, accidents, or external impacts.
Damage caused by incorrect care or maintenance is not in line with our care guidelines.
Products that have been improperly stored, installed, or used, exposed to extreme temperature changes, direct sunlight, or unsuitable environments (e.g., outdoors or in humid spaces).
Please note that occasional creaking is considered a natural characteristic and is not deemed a defect under the Warranty.
7.4. Additional Warranty Conditions:
1. Ex-display and Clearance Items: Covered by a 6-month warranty only.
2. Electric Recliners: Only one replacement mechanism per seat is allowed under warranty.
3. Manual Recliners: Limited to one replacement mechanism per seat throughout the warranty period.
4. Other products: Items on our website generally come with a 12-month warranty from the delivery date.
7.5. How to Make a Warranty Claim:
To initiate a warranty claim, you must provide:
Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or delivery confirmation).
A detailed description of the issue, along with photos if applicable.
8. Refund policy:
8.1. We issue refunds for Contracts within 14 days of the original purchase under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act when shopping at Harutti.com
8.2. We will reimburse the cost of the Product, excluding delivery fees and any applicable re-stocking charges.
8.3. If we agree to accept a Product return, it must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect, resalable condition (we recommend keeping all packaging until you are completely certain you intend to keep the items).
8.4. All returned items will undergo a thorough quality control inspection by our warehouse team to verify that the reported faults align with any visible issues. Restocking fees will not apply if the Product is found to be faulty.
8.5. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs or the expenses associated with us collecting the Product from you. If needed, we can arrange a collection on your behalf, and the associated fee will be communicated at the time of your inquiry.
8.6. Custom-made products designed specifically to your requirements—whether in size, color, and/or fabric or leather—cannot be refunded or canceled once the order has been placed and paid for, either in full or in part, unless the product is found to be faulty.
8.7. Mattresses: For hygiene reasons, once a mattress has been removed from its packaging, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless it is found to be faulty. If you suspect your mattress is defective, please contact us to arrange an inspection.
8.8. if you have asked your items to be unpacked, installed, and the packaging taken by our delivery specialists, it is your responsibility to report any damage while the delivery team is still onsite at your property. Damage reported more than 48 hours after delivery will not be accepted.
8.9. If the product arrives damaged, you will be entitled to a full refund within 14 days from the date you receive your order delivered. In such a case, please take clear photos of the fault and send them to us at Info@harutti.com.
9. Cases beyond our control:
We are not responsible for any delays or failure to meet our obligations due to circumstances outside our control (Force Majeure Event).
The following cases shall be considered as force majeure: natural calamities, total or partial strikes (whether internal or external to the Company), stoppage of transportation for any reason, government or legal restrictions, computer failures, telecommunication disruptions (including network and Internet malfunctions), pandemics, epidemics, acts of war or terrorism, riots, labor conditions beyond the party’s reasonable control, or any other acts of God.
We do not offer financial compensation for late deliveries of overseas-made goods or for defective products. Our focus is on replacing faulty products, not providing financial compensation.

You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said Content, whether in whole or in part, for commercial purposes or personal gain, without express advance written permission from us.
11. Error Reporting and Feedback:
11.1. You may provide us either directly at info@harutti.com or via third-party sites and tools with information and feedback concerning errors, suggestions for improvements, ideas, problems, complaints, and other matters related to us. 11.2. You acknowledge and agree that:
(a) You shall not retain, acquire, or assert any intellectual property right or other right, title, or interest in or to the Feedback;
(b) The Company may have development ideas similar to the Feedback;
(c) Feedback does not contain confidential information or proprietary information from you or any third party;
(d) The Company is not under any obligation of confidentiality with respect to the Feedback. In the event the transfer of the ownership to the Feedback is not possible due to applicable mandatory laws, you grant the Company and its affiliates an exclusive, transferable, irrevocable, free-of-charge, sub-licensable, unlimited and perpetual right to use (including copy, modify, create derivative works, publish, distribute and commercialize) Feedback in any manner and for any purpose.
